Architectural Review Guidelines & Online Application

If you are planning an exterior renovation or a change to your lot, you will need HOA approval before you begin. Please review the HOA governing documents listed here and confirm with the City of Durham that you have all necessary permits for your project.

Please complete the ARC application form  and submit it, along with supporting plans, photos, surveys, etc.,  to tom@tracmanagement.com, with your address in the subject line. Allow 30 days for approval.
